Domestic Delivery

 

We offer standard rate for shipping Australia wide!

 

Deliveries will usually arrive in 2-7 working days, between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Australia post will handle all domestic deliveries.

 

 

All deliveries are sent via Regular Post with Tracking or Express Post and a signature is required. Should there be no one present to receive the delivery, a card will be left instructing the receiver to pick up their item from a local post office.

 

International Delivery. 

 

Shipments are sent via Australia post and will usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on length of time held at customs. Deliveries to New Zealand usually take 5-10 working days. Byou Designs cannot accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred where applied by your local customs. 

Byou Designs cannot be held responsibility for lost packages due to Aus Post & where proof has been provided of shipping.

 

No Returns or Refunds on Change of Mind Purchases

 

Please note:  Costume/Fashion jewellery is usually of a more delicate nature than fine jewellery, and should be handled and worn with care at all times. 

No Refunds on Change of Mind Purchases or misused product by consumer.
